I partner with you to identify and scale physical health goals such as stress management, especially the physiological stress of perimenopause and menopause, sleep, weight loss, exercise and more. I help create structure and motivation for maintaining energy-supporting daily habits, offer regular check-ins to celebrate progress and navigate obstacles and support in developing body awareness and listening to physical needs.

Emotional Balance

I personalize specific mindfulness practices tailored to midlife stressors and transitions, help brainstorm stress management tools that fit into busy schedules, offer confidence-building exercises to counter negative self-talk and body image as well as curate journal prompts to help you get clarity. I meet you where you are at and use all the tools in my toolkit including energy healing (Reiki), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and guided meditations and breathwork to help you create and sustain emotional balance. 

Life Transitions

I help you evaluate midlife career change, rediscover passions and purpose, clarify values that align daily life with what matters most. I help you by co-creating goal-setting frameworks specifically designed for the second half of life.

Social Connection

I offer community-building strategies to prevent isolation and loneliness, brainstorm new activities to make new connections in real life and online, educate on digital wellness approaches for meaningful online relationships as well as co-create multigenerational connection strategies for relating to adult children and aging parents.

Targeted Support Package (1 Month)

Who is this for? Someone who is highly motivated and ready for change but doesn’t know where to begin. Someone who is open to digging deep on why they want change in this area of life, how they’ve handled setbacks in the past and how to scale their goals.

In just one month, you'll move from uncertainty to clarity. You'll walk away with:

Starter Package (3 Months)

 Group Coaching Program

This signature 6-week program is for women who are done trying to improve their health and wellness in isolation and are ready to experience the power of doing it together. This program is for those who are motivated but crave a supportive space where they can feel seen, encouraged and held to your committments. If you're open, coachable and ready to show up and support other women, this program is for you.

Signature 6-Week Group Coaching Program
